UK Delivery

Orders placed before 2 pm are usually shipped the same working day (Monday–Friday).
Delivery typically takes 2–4 working days via Royal Mail or trusted courier.

Please ensure your delivery address is correct; we cannot refund or replace parcels sent to incorrect addresses.

International Delivery

We ship worldwide using Royal Mail International Tracked.
Delivery times vary by destination. Customs or import duties (if applicable) are the customer’s responsibility.

Packaging

Our products are sent in recyclable or reusable packaging to protect both your order and the planet.

Allergen & Health Notice

Our Chimichurri sauces are 100% natural, vegan, and free from artificial additives, but are prepared in a kitchen that handles herbs and spices.
We cannot guarantee suitability for those with coeliac disease, IBS, or severe food sensitivities. Consumption is entirely at your own discretion and risk.

Refunds & Damaged Orders

Because our sauces are perishable, we cannot accept returns or offer refunds once an order has been shipped.

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, email info@canchelos.com within 48 hours of delivery with photos and details. We will review and, where appropriate, replace or refund your order at our discretion.

Cancellations

You may cancel an order before dispatch by emailing info@canchelos.com with your order number. Once shipped, orders cannot be cancelled or returned.
