All orders and transactions are governed by the laws of England and Wales.

Our sauces are made in small batches using 100% natural, plant-based ingredients and are suitable for both vegans and vegetarians.
3. Orders & Payments
All orders are subject to product availability and payment verification.
Payments are securely processed through Shopify Payments, Stripe, or PayPal.
4. Delivery
Orders are dispatched within 1–2 working days.
UK orders are shipped via Royal Mail; international orders use Royal Mail International Tracked.
Delivery times vary by destination and may be affected by customs.
We are not responsible for courier delays or incorrect addresses provided at checkout.
5. Refunds, Returns & Cancellations
Because our sauces are perishable, we cannot accept returns or refunds once shipped.
Cancellations are permitted before dispatch by contacting info@canchelos.com.
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours for review and resolution.
6. Allergen Disclaimer
Our products are vegan and 100% natural, but we cannot guarantee they are free from trace allergens.
Individuals with coeliac disease, IBS, or other sensitivities should consume at their own risk.
