🧂 Ingredients

☐ 2 salmon fillets
☐ 2 tbsp Canchelo’s Original Chimichurri
☐ 1 tbsp soy sauce
☐ 1 tsp honey
☐ 1 cup cooked jasmine or sushi rice
☐ ½ avocado, sliced
☐ 1 small cucumber, sliced thin
☐ Sesame seeds for topping

🍱 Instructions

  1. Mix Canchelo’s Original Chimichurri, soy sauce, and honey. Brush over salmon.
  2. Bake or air fry at 200°C for 12–15 minutes until flaky.
  3. Serve over rice with avocado and cucumber.
