â 2 tbsp Cancheloâs Spicy Chimichurri
â 1 tbsp olive oil
⠜ red onion, finely sliced
â 1 lime, juiced
â 8 small corn tortillas
â Chopped coriander & avocado for topping

- Toss meat with Cancheloâs Spicy Chimichurri and olive oil. Marinate 10 minutes.
- Grill or pan-fry until browned and tender.
