🧂 Ingredients

☐ 300g flank steak or chicken strips
☐ 2 tbsp Canchelo’s Spicy Chimichurri
☐ 1 tbsp olive oil
☐ œ red onion, finely sliced
☐ 1 lime, juiced
☐ 8 small corn tortillas
☐ Chopped coriander & avocado for topping

🌼 Instructions

  1. Toss meat with Canchelo’s Spicy Chimichurri and olive oil. Marinate 10 minutes.
  2. Grill or pan-fry until browned and tender.
  3. Warm tortillas and fill with meat, onion, and avocado.
  4. Squeeze lime and top with extra Canchelo’s Spicy Chimichurri.
