â 400g prawns, peeled and deveined
â 1 tbsp butter
â 1 tbsp olive oil
â 2 tbsp Cancheloâs Spicy Chimichurri
â 150ml coconut cream or double cream
⠜ tsp turmeric
⠜ lemon, juiced
â Fresh coriander

- Heat butter and oil in a pan. Add prawns and cook 2â3 minutes per side.
- Stir in Cancheloâs Spicy Chimichurri, turmeric, and cream. Simmer gently for 3â4 minutes.
- Finish with lemon juice and coriander.
