☐ 400g prawns, peeled and deveined
☐ 1 tbsp butter
☐ 1 tbsp olive oil
☐ 2 tbsp Canchelo’s Spicy Chimichurri
☐ 150ml coconut cream or double cream
☐ œ tsp turmeric
☐ œ lemon, juiced
☐ Fresh coriander

  2. Stir in Canchelo’s Spicy Chimichurri, turmeric, and cream. Simmer gently for 3–4 minutes.
