â 2 thin steak fillets (sirloin or rump)
â 2 burger buns
â 2 slices mozzarella or provolone cheese
â 2 slices ham
â 1 fried egg (optional but classic)
â 2 tbsp Canchelo's Spicy Chimichurri
â Lettuce, tomato slices, and pickles
â Mayonnaise

- Heat a grill or skillet over medium-high heat.
- Cook steak for 2â3 minutes each side, brushing with Cancheloâs Spicy Chimichurri as it cooks.
- Toast the buns lightly.
- Layer lettuce, tomato, steak, cheese, ham, egg, and pickles.
- Add mayo and another drizzle of Cancheloâs Spicy Chimichurri .
