🧂 Ingredients

☐ 2 thin steak fillets (sirloin or rump)
☐ 2 burger buns
☐ 2 slices mozzarella or provolone cheese
☐ 2 slices ham
☐ 1 fried egg (optional but classic)
☐ 2 tbsp Canchelo's Spicy Chimichurri
☐ Lettuce, tomato slices, and pickles
☐ Mayonnaise

🍔 Instructions

  1. Heat a grill or skillet over medium-high heat.
  2. Cook steak for 2–3 minutes each side, brushing with Canchelo’s Spicy Chimichurri as it cooks.
  3. Toast the buns lightly.
  4. Layer lettuce, tomato, steak, cheese, ham, egg, and pickles.
  5. Add mayo and another drizzle of Canchelo’s Spicy Chimichurri .
